Fast food (opinion)

I think that Fast Food Nation is a pretty informative book. It gives us a lot of good information on how our food is process. Knowing the way food is process has affected me on how I think about a hamburger. The way TV commercials aim at children. I have a little sister and I see that the TV commercial makes her ask for a happy meal at McDonalds because it comes with a toy. I'm going to try to eat less meat, because fast food nation grossed me out on how the meat is processed. And sometimes it has animal shit in it. I would also like to reduce all the fast food I eat. Try to eat healthier, like less animals meat and eat more fruits. Teach my little sister that too much fast food is bad for her. When I finish reading Chapter 9 I stared thinking it was nasty the way the animals are kill. Also the way the hamburgers are process and some of the meat is contaminated. What really surprised me was that the industries is they don't have to let the public know when the meat is contaminated and removed from the stores. The way the workers are treated is just wrong. Fast Food Nation just changed my mind on the way I see meat and fast food.
